Why am I getting “Your connection is not private” error
If you see the error “Your connection is not private” when you visit your website this means there is an issue with the SSL certificate. To fix this error login to your cPanel account and scroll down to the security section and click on “SSL/TLS Status“. Click the “Run AutoSSL” button and wait. If it’s completed successfully your site should now be secure, remember you may need to clear your browser cache.
If the AutoSSL encounters an error this most likely means your DNS has not been updated yet and to try again in a couple hours. If you continue to have issues please contact support.
